- Georgi Arabadzhiev is specialist in Criminal and Administrative Law, having over 20 years of legal experience in Ministry of Interior. He held the highest professional position – Secretary General.
- Now, as attorney at law, his PRACTICE is focused primarily on:
– economic crime and offences relating to property, tax and customs evasion, money laundering, appropriation, bad bargains, lopsided deals in public procurements etc. and
– migration and extradition procedures. - Не also advises corporations, financial institutions and private citizens in complex legal disputes, investigation proceedings and regulatory enforcement matters. Counsels on the formulation, conduct and consequences of enforcement inquiries, including the development of appropriate defenses.
- M-r Arabadzhiev has a number of publications, articles and opinions in Bulgarian legal magazines.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Long-term traineeships in:
European Anti-Fraud Office /OLAF/, Guardia di finanza – Italy and Аustralian federal police.
